Cafe guests have a choice of three delicious entrees for our sumptuous
three-course dinner at the Sheraton Suites Hotel. Selections need to be
made in advance no later than 1:00pm two days prior to the performance* by calling our box office.
London Broil - marinated
flank steak, grilled and sliced in a red wine demi-glaze sauce, served
with buttermilk mashed potatoes and chef's choice of fresh seasonal
vegetables
Roast Chicken -
brined and roasted chicken breast supreme in a red wine mushroom sauce,
served with buttermilk mashed potatoes and chef's choice of fresh
seasonal vegetables
Penne Pasta (vegetarian) - a hearty portion of penne pasta tossed in a rich pesto sauce with garden vegetables
For Junior Detectives (12 years old and under only) - tasty chicken fingers served with crispy french fries and chef's choice of fresh seasonal vegetables
